General AccessoriesĪccessories can be returned for refund or exchange provided they are sent back in a fully saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted on special orders, bespoke or custom made items.
This trial 14 day period does not affect our standard offer of a 30 day return policy for any damaged or faulty goods.
If not we refund the full cost of the Instrument, minus shipping costs. Instruments have a 14 day trial period so you can play the instrument at home or in band, take it to a lesson and show your teacher - basically make sure it's the correct Instrument for you. Our home trial even allows you try out mouthpieces, custom barrels, bells and ligatures. Your instrument will most likely be with you for many years so it makes sense to try it out for more than an hour in a shop.
